Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

You acknowledge that Asset Recording Services may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of a Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, discussion forum postings or other uploaded content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on Asset Recording Services's servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Service in a given period of time.

Asset Recording Services does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site, including services, or the server that makes them available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Asset Recording Services does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site or in third-party sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Asset Recording Services reserves the right to change the Terms of Service or policies regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Terms of Service on this Web site. We do not currently have services for children under 18. If a child wants to use our services, the children's parent or guardian must register for our services and participate with the child.

1.15 Language It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English.
